  1. Key Account Manager

    We are looking for several Key Account Managers who are able to support our aggressive growth and play an active role in our company development.

    Goals

    The main goal of this position is to develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers - market leaders and smaller players in such industries as machine building, infrastructure, furniture and others.We look for the best practices in sales and account management.

    Further goals include supporting company development with process improvement suggestions, new ideas and innovation proposals.

    Quantitative goal is achieving individual sales targets in specific industry and/or geography.

    Responsibilities

    • Finding new customers, supporting and developing relations with existing customers.
    • Development of opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography.
    • Management of complete sales cycle - from initial customer contact and enquiry, to the final payment for the order.
    • Maintaining customer contact at all stages of the project and being the primary contact point for your customers.
    • Regular and punctual reflection of the sales process in CRM system.

    Successful candidate

    • Successful sales track record in specific industry (Machine building, furniture, etc)
    • Outgoing personality, enjoying sales activities and socializing with people
    • IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software
    • Understanding of metalworks and metal processing is a major advantage
    • Readiness and willingness to work in dynamic startup environment
    • Fluent English and German
    • Driver’s license

  2. Quality and Logistics specialist

    We are looking for Quality and Logistics specialist in our office in Munich area.

    Qualification

    • Professional education of quality controller or measurement specialist or experience in the field of quality control and measurements
    • Experience with measuring tools
    • Experience in interpreting technical drawings, geometries and measurement tools
    • Understanding the quality requirements in machine building
    • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, general experience)
    • English - intermediate, oral and written
    • Other languages, especially German, of advantage
    • Driver's license, cat. B or C

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct measurements and document their results
    • Interpretation of drawings, specifications and quality control procedures
    • In cases of quality deviations - quick and precise communication with colleagues and production partners
    • Participation in trainings for new measurements procedures and internal processes
    • Acceptantance of incoming goods, including unpacking of goods
    • Management of a small warehouse packaging of shipments secure for further transport
    • Ordering pickups with transport companies
    • Planing and ordering of packing material
    • Participation in continuous improvement process

  3. Controller / Accountant

    We are looking for Controller / Accountant in our office in Munich area.

    Qualification

    • An accounting-related trainings or a corresponding degree.
    • Work experience in accounting.
    • Sound analytical skills and strategic thinking.
    • Experience with accounting software, e.g. DATEV. General computer skills at strong level (Word, Excel, browser based IT-systems etc.)
    • Communication skills in the multicultural team. Strong English & German, other languages as an advantage.
    • Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality.
    • Knowledge of accounting standards according to HGB, IFRS - an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    • Single accountant in the company at current stage (later with a small team)
    • Implementation and development of all accounting for the company
    • Bookkeeping of daily business, including accounts payable, debtors and in-house
    • Conduct deviation analysis, track key figures, and build of decision templates for the management.
    • Regular reporting for the stakeholders.
    • Contact person for all matters of finances and controlling, e.g. tax consultants and banks.
    • Cash Management and Liquidity Management.

  4. Team Assistant in Munich office

    We are looking for a Team Assistant for our office in Munich who is able to support our multicultural team and play an active role in our company development.

    Our team is distributed over several cities and countries in Europe. Though most of the team members will be based in the Munich office, we currently have colleagues in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. This growing and dynamic team needs reliable support with various administrative and other tasks. We look for a great team member who is able to make our team stronger and contribute nicely to our company culture.

    The scope of work will be supporting our whole team functioning - from travel and relocation arrangements to event management and taking care of the office space.

    Responsibilities

    • Light PA support to the company management;
    • Provide administrative support to the team;
    • Administrative support with the relocation of our team members;
    • Book travel and accommodation for the team as required;
    • Manage and purchase of office supplies and services (travel, telecom, IT equipment, stationery, company car fleet, etc);
    • Company event management (bookings, arrangements, logistics etc);
    • General admin tasks (post, calls, etc);
    • Efficient communication with other team members.
    • Conduct measurements and document their results

    Successful candidate

    • Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment;
    • Fluent computer skills, including office applications e.g. word processing, spreadsheet and presentations, an active user of digital technologies (internet, gadgets, social media, apps);
    • Excellent attention to detail;
    • Self-motivated but a great team player, hands-on and can-do attitude;
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
    • Good telephone manner;
    • Common sense and a pro-active approach to work;
    • Strong organisation and planning skills;
    • Fluent English, German and Russian;

  5. Ruby on Rails Developer

    All our success depends on digitalizing the processes and building strong IT-platform. So we are expanding our IT team and looking for Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer who can support our efforts in platform development.

    The Platform

    The platform is based on Ruby on Rails stack and some React components on frontend. Currently the team consists of a few in-house members and strong outsourced Rails team, so it’s time to balance the process toward in-house. We are building the uber-like platform for manufacturing so there are a lot of work to be done and we want to increase the total IT team to at least 10.

    Responsibilities

    • Platform development (back-office processes, customer front, providers front, internal processes, etc.). More focus on backend, but full stack approach is an advantage.
    • Active participation in product architecture, features design and prioritizing

    Successful candidate

    • Strong web development experience, including participation in complex projects and structured teamwork
    • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and relevant tech (PostgreSQL, Redis, Slim, SCSS, JS, general Linux experience, Git, etc.)
    • Strong soft skills and teamwork orientation
    • JavaScript / React or Python experience is an advantage (we use FreeCAD and Python scripting for CAD data processing)
